All end of tenancy cleans are time-based. Results depend on property condition, access, and the time booked. No visit guarantees inventory approval or zero remarks.

How The Visit Runs

Typical Tasks Covered Within the Booked Time

Tasks listed below are examples only and are completed subject to time availability, access, and property condition.

    • Oven interiors (only if selected / included in booking)

    • Hob surfaces and splashbacks

    • Extractor fan filters and exterior casing

    • Cupboard fronts and external surfaces only

    • Appliance exteriors (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine)

    • Sink, taps, and surrounding worktops

    • Internal bin areas (surface cleaning only, where accessible)

    Note: Internal cupboards, appliance interiors (other than ovens if selected), heavy grease build-up or specialist degreasing is not included unless explicitly agreed. Specialist degreasing is not guaranteed unless time allows.

    • Sanitary ware (toilet, bath, shower tray, basin)

    • Limescale surface treatment only on taps, screens, and tiles

    • Tile scrubbing in wet zones

    • Shower screens and enclosures

    • Mirrors and glass surfaces

    • External surfaces of cabinets and storage units

    • Floor vacuuming and mopping

    Note: Deep limescale removal, mould remediation, or regrouting are not included.

    • Cobweb removal

    • Spot wiping of walls where accessible

    • High-touch point cleaning (handles, rails)

    • Waste removal to on-site bins only

    • Final walkthrough prioritisation where time remains, focusing on visible, high-impact areas.

    • Specialist stain removal

    • Mould remediation or treatment

    • Exterior windows

    • Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning (unless included)

    • Waste clearance beyond normal household levels

    • Furniture moving beyond light repositioning

    • Making beds, laundry, or dishwashing

    • Post-construction cleaning or restoration work

    • Inventory approval, deposit release, or zero-remark outcomes are not guaranteed
