Kitchen ductwork and internal fan servicing are excluded. Any removable grease-filter cleaning is confirmed in the written scope.
We use cleaning methods suitable for the surface. Results depend on build-up and surface condition; permanent staining, etching and damaged grout may remain. Repairs and regrouting are excluded.
Add-ons and exclusions
Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, extraction and upholstery cleaning are not included. Specialist cleaning must be separately assessed and quoted, with availability confirmed before booking. Balconies, small outdoor areas and additional or specialist appliances are also assessed and priced separately. Only extras expressly included in your written quote are booked. External windows, waste removal and mould remediation are excluded from the standard clean.

Confirm your booking
Once the scope, price, appointment and terms are agreed, we confirm your booking in writing. No deposit. Full payment is due 24 hours before arrival; bookings within 24 hours pay when booking.

We clean
The agreed scope is briefed to the cleaner in writing. Please report any visible issues within 48 hours, with photographs where reasonably possible. Fussy Cleans will assess the issue and arrange proportionate rectification where justified. This request does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

What information do you need for an end-of-tenancy quote?
Send your postcode, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and handover date. Tell us whether the property is furnished, its general condition and any agent or inventory checklist you need considered. Kitchen, bathroom and oven photos can be sent by WhatsApp after the quote form. We review the photos and property details before confirming the scope, price and availability for booking.
Do I have to be there on the day?
No. Most move-out cleans are done with the property empty. We arrange key collection and return with you, the landlord or the agent when the quote is agreed.
Does the property need to be empty first?
It needs to be clear of furniture and belongings for a full move-out clean. Cupboards, wardrobes and appliances are cleaned inside, so anything still in them cannot be done. If the property is part-furnished, tell us and we will scope around it.
How long does it take?
A three-hour minimum applies to every cleaning job. The expected time depends on the size, condition and agreed scope. Your written quote will set out the expected time and team required.
Is the oven included?
Yes. One standard oven interior is included in the agreed end-of-tenancy base scope. Please send photos so we can assess its condition before confirming your quote. Tell us about additional ovens, range cookers or specialist requirements so we can confirm what is suitable and price the full agreed scope accurately.
Will this get my deposit back?
We cannot guarantee the return of a deposit. Deductions can relate to damage, unpaid rent, missing items, wear and other tenancy matters that sit outside the cleaning scope entirely, and the decision rests with your landlord or agent. What we can do is clean to the scope agreed on your quote, in writing, so the cleaning element is documented.
How soon can you book me in?
It depends on availability in the week you need. Move-out dates are usually known in advance, so the earlier you send the details the better the chance of getting the day you want.
