What it costs

Priced on your property — its size, layout and condition — not a flat hourly rate. Starting prices apply to qualifying properties at the stated scope. A three-hour minimum applies to every cleaning job. VAT is not charged.

The final price reflects the service, property size, layout, condition and agreed scope. End of tenancy cleaning includes one standard oven interior, an empty defrosted fridge/freezer interior, empty kitchen cupboards and accessible internal windows. For other services, appliance interiors, inside cupboards and internal windows are included only where expressly agreed in your quote. Balconies, small outdoor areas and additional or specialist appliances are assessed and priced separately.

Carpets are vacuumed only. Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, extraction and upholstery cleaning are not included in the standard clean. Specialist cleaning requires separate assessment, confirmed availability and a separate quote. External windows, waste removal and mould remediation are excluded from standard cleaning. We confirm all inclusions, extras, exclusions and the total before booking. End of tenancy cleaning is quoted individually after assessment.
