What might regular cleaning cost for your home?
For maintained homes with a standard cleaning scope, our illustrative starting prices include:
- One-bedroom flat, one bathroom: weekly from £69 or fortnightly from £72 per visit.
- Three-bedroom house, two bathrooms: weekly from £92 or fortnightly from £96 per visit.
- Four-bedroom house, two bathrooms and one utility room: weekly from £115 or fortnightly from £120 per visit.
Bedroom count is only part of the quote. The layout, areas to be cleaned, condition and agreed priorities also affect the work.

How do hourly quotes compare with a visit price?
When comparing quotes, check the total visit price, the minimum charge and what is included. An hourly figure alone does not tell you the cost of having your home cleaned.
Fussy Cleans confirms a price for your agreed visit rather than advertising one hourly rate for every property. Your quote sets out the scope and purchased duration, with a three-hour minimum charge.
Why is the first clean quoted separately?
A new regular customer normally starts with a longer Initial Refresh. That first visit helps establish the condition of the home and the recurring duration and price that suit it. Initial Refresh starts from £105; heavier work may need a one-off or deep clean instead.
What can change the price?
- Your home: room and bathroom numbers, stairs, layout and the areas you want covered.
- Its condition: routine upkeep and accumulated dirt require different scopes.
- Visit frequency: weekly and fortnightly prices differ.
- Extra tasks and access: additional work, parking and other applicable charges are confirmed in your quote.
For regular visits, you normally provide a functioning vacuum, mop and routine cleaning products unless another arrangement is quoted. Appliance interiors, inside cupboards and internal windows are included only when agreed in your quote.
What about one-off, deep or end-of-tenancy cleaning?
One-off cleaning starts from £125 for the qualifying agreed scope of four cleaner-hours in total. Deep cleaning starts from £150 for the studio baseline. Larger or heavier work is quoted for the property and condition.
End-of-tenancy cleaning is assessed and quoted individually, with the included work confirmed before booking.
